A load break switch (LBS) is a mechanical switch protection system placed before a 12kV/415V transformer and is cheaper than a vacuum circuit breaker (VCB). We supply air-insulated LBS at 12kV and VCB switchgear at 11kV and 33kV.
BBT transports current from one point to another and can tap off power to switchgear through tap-off boxes, replacing cables and floor-level distribution boards in commercial and industrial buildings. We supply power BBT from 100A to 6300A, lighting, machine and trolley BBT, and IP67 cast resin BBT.
Main busbars up to 6300A, rated insulation up to 1000V, short-circuit withstand up to 100kA for 1 second, internal arc tested to IEC 61641, forms of separation from Form 1 to Form 4b, designed for ambient temperature up to 50 °C.

Our products are designed to IEC 60909, IEC 60076, IEC 62271-200 (edition 2) and IEC 61439-1, -2 and -3. Distribution boards follow IEC 61439-3, LV switchgear is tested to IEC 61439-1 & 2, compact substations to IEC 62271-202, and cable trays are manufactured to BS EN 61537:2002.
